Fire Grilled Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Cook Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients
Campfire Grill
Toothpicks
Basting Brush
24 Scallops
24 Bacon Strips
24 Pineapple Cubes
3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Instructions
Let the fire sit for 30 minutes so the flames are burning hot and strong
Whisk the maple syrup and brown sugar together for the glaze, then set aside
Lay a strip of bacon out, wrap a scallop and pineapple chunk in it
Wet a toothpick, and pin it all together
Brush glaze over the scallops
Cook the scallops for 15-20 minutes, and enjoy!
